A structural precast manufacturer, from the start
East Coast Precast, LLC is a structural precast manufacturer based in Amelia, Virginia. The company was formed in 2007 as an offshoot of Superior Walls of Central Virginia, Inc. Our founders recognized a growing demand from contractors, developers, and architects for structural precast products beyond the residential basement applications that Superior Walls specialized in. From the start, East Coast Precast focused on structural sandwich panels, retaining walls, and custom precast products for light industrial and commercial projects.
Nearly two decades later, the operation still runs out of the same Amelia plant with the same core focus: engineered precast wall systems and structural components produced on a predictable schedule, priced against real production costs, and delivered by a team that answers the phone when the site foreman calls. Our customers are general contractors, developers, and building owners working on projects across Virginia and the surrounding states.

Our manufacturing plant and main offices are located in Amelia, Virginia — approximately 45 minutes southwest of Richmond. We operate 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space on approximately 8 acres of production yard, with room to expand onto an additional 4 acres as demand grows. Our facility is configured for continuous production of standard wall panel systems as well as custom structural precast pours.
From shop drawing to set panel
A typical East Coast Precast project moves through four coordinated stages, with the same in-house team involved from initial takeoff through erection support.
Engineering
Project shop drawings and structural calculations are produced in-house against the architect’s or engineer’s specifications. Panel layouts, connections, embeds, and openings are coordinated with the design team before fabrication begins.
Fabrication
Panels are cast on our Amelia production line in a controlled plant environment. Concrete is batched and tested on-site, and each pour is documented for mix design, reinforcement placement, and cure.
Delivery
Finished panels are staged in our production yard and dispatched on flatbed or step-deck trailers. Deliveries are sequenced to match the erection schedule so panels come off the truck in setting order.
Installation Coordination
We coordinate directly with the erector or general contractor on lift crane requirements, panel setting, connection welding, and grout closure. Field questions during installation come back to the same engineering team that drew the panels.

We primarily serve customers throughout Virginia — Richmond, Petersburg, Charlottesville, Hampton Roads, and Northern Virginia — with regular deliveries into North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia, and Delaware. Products are trucked directly from our Amelia yard on flatbed or step-deck trailers, with delivery coordination handled in-house.
