The people behind East Coast Precast
A small, hands-on team running precast production, engineering coordination, and delivery from our Amelia, Virginia plant.
East Coast Precast is a family-scale industrial supplier. We're small enough that when you call the office, someone who knows your project answers. Below is our full operating team — the same people you'll work with from your first quote through final delivery.
John Cotton
John founded East Coast Precast in 2007 after seeing consistent demand for structural precast beyond the residential basement work Superior Walls specialized in. He oversees estimating, project management, and client relationships. John has been in the concrete and precast industry since the mid-1990s and holds a Virginia Class A contractor's license.
Kevin Doyle
Kevin joined East Coast Precast in 2023 as Production Manager, overseeing both casting bays and the QC program at the Amelia plant. He brings 18 years of precast production experience including supervisory roles at regional precasters in the Mid-Atlantic. Kevin holds a BS in Construction Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Marcus Whitley
Marcus manages our dispatch office and coordinates every delivery leaving the Amelia yard. He's the single point of contact for site logistics from the moment a panel is scheduled for cast through arrival at your job site. Marcus has been with East Coast Precast since 2015 and previously drove flatbed for a regional aggregate supplier.
Rebecca Aldana
Rebecca handles the front office, billing, contract paperwork, and customer accounts. If you've received an invoice or a certificate of insurance from us, it came from Rebecca. She joined East Coast Precast in 2016 and previously managed the office for a Chesterfield County site development contractor.
Dana Vasquez
Dana supports the estimating process from quote development through shop drawing coordination with your project engineer of record. She works closely with contractors, architects, and structural engineers during the design phase to make sure our precast fits your details. Dana has been with the company since 2019 and studied engineering technology at John Tyler Community College.
William "Bill" Perkins
Bill runs the day-to-day production floor and manages the casting crews. He's responsible for daily production scheduling, form setup, batch plant coordination, and QC inspection of every panel before it leaves the yard. Bill has been with East Coast Precast since 2010 and has over 25 years in the concrete precast industry.
Steve Hendrix
Steve leads our field crews for panel erection, StoneTree fence installations, and post-set field coordination. He's a certified crane rigger and has been leading precast set crews in Virginia for over 15 years. Steve joined East Coast Precast in 2018.
