Unsubscribe from Email Communications

You can unsubscribe from all non-transactional email communications from East Coast Precast, LLC at any time. Requests are processed within one business day. Note that transactional email — order confirmations, delivery notifications, invoices, and communications related to an active project or account — cannot be unsubscribed while the project or account is active.

Method 1: Use the unsubscribe link in an email you received

Every marketing, bulletin, and non-transactional email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking that link is the fastest way to opt out — it is processed automatically within minutes and requires no additional confirmation from you.

Method 3: Email us

Send an email to unsubscribe@eastcoastprecast.com from the address you want removed, with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. Email unsubscribe requests are processed within one business day.

Written requests are processed within ten (10) business days of receipt, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Please include the exact email address you wish to remove.

What happens after you unsubscribe

• Your email address is added to our permanent suppression list.
• We will not remove your address from the suppression list even if a colleague, referrer, or trade-show contact provides it to us again. To resume communications, you must explicitly re-opt-in through a subscription form.
• Transactional email — order confirmations, delivery notifications, invoices, and project logistics — will continue for any active project or account until that engagement is closed.
• Unsubscribing does not affect an existing customer relationship, outstanding quotes, warranty coverage, or service under any signed contract.

For unresolved unsubscribe issues, or if you believe you continue to receive email from us after you have unsubscribed, contact postmaster@eastcoastprecast.com or abuse@eastcoastprecast.com. For CAN-SPAM violations, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
